Keeping Warm by Saving the Pennies

Insulate Hampshire, the council backed insulation scheme is proud to be working in partnership with The Blue Lamp Trust, established to promote and enhance community safety in Hampshire.

And with a focus very much on the home, The Blue Lamp Trust is proud to promote Insulate Hampshire’s Winter Warmer offer, available to all visitors to their website which lasts until the end of March.

Insulate Hampshire is a project led by Hampshire County Council and 11 District Councils across Hampshire excluding Portsmouth and Southampton City Council’s funded by ScottishPower.

The scheme offers free insulation to all residents that live within the 11 districts and for a limited period of time up until the end of March 2012. Insulate Hampshire is able to offer all Hampshire homeowners and private renters (with the landlord’s permission), free cavity wall insulation and or free loft insulation regardless of personal circumstances, subject to a free technical survey.

Free Insulation is available for average sized properties or smaller and in the case of loft insulation, that currently have less than 60mm (approx 2½ inches) of material.
