Insulate Hampshire and Havant Transition Towns Doing it Themselves

Insulate Hampshire are teaming up with local community group Havant Transition Network to deliver rolls of DIY loft insulation to resident in the borough, completely free of charge on Tuesday 14th August between 10.00am – 12.30pm.
 

All Havant residents have to do is register with Insulate Hampshire prior to collecting rolls of free loft insulation from Barncroft Junior School car park.   They will then be offered up to 100m2 of insulation free of charge which can help save around £50 a year on fuel bills.
 

Anyone living in the borough is encouraged to sign up for the 14th August event as soon as possible to ensure their place.  To register for your DIY insulation contact: diy@insulatehampshire.co.uk or visit www.insulatehampshire.co.uk
 

Insulate Hampshire also offers professionally installed cavity wall insulation free of charge to homeowners and private renters in the borough.

The Insulate Hampshire scheme is run in partnership with Havant Borough Council, Hampshire County Council together with 11 other districts from across Hampshire with funding from ScottishPower.
